Parent Coaching

Whether you are a new parent or even have years or decades of experience, parenting is no easy feat and we all need support at various stages of such an adventure. As a newer parent, you are likely adjusting to the demands of a whole new lifestyle, working to maintain your identity, and looking at how all of this transition is affecting other relationships in your life. As the parent of a child or adolescent there are a number of transition, dynamics, hormones and potential stages of more concerning or serious behavior that can arise. Are you working to create and balance new boundaries? Are you concerned about a particular behavior?

Our children have the ability to test us in ways that can bring out some of our greatest strengths and beauty, and can also expose our vulnerabilities and weaknesses. We all want to be the best parent we can be, and that means something different to each of us.  Regardless of your style or experience thus far, I would love to process and support you in using new tools, adjusting communication styles, and ultimately breaking old patterns that may be holding you back in having a strong relationship with your child and others around you.
