At Viewpoint Therapy the goal is always healing. I want to help you to move toward this healing by starting where you are ready, and continuing to work at your pace.
I believe that life is a series of transitions, some more challenging than others. Having support during these more difficult times is vital in order to maintaining one's mental health. That said, being healthy mentally has much to do with enjoying day to day life which I believe you deserve and I want you to believe in that as well.
My approach to growth and healing is through a number of techniques surrounding evidence based approaches. In addition, depending on your comfort level and what you are wanting out of your therapeutic experience.
In person 1:1 therapy
There is no reason to tackle some of life's biggest obstacles alone. Individual counseling sessions can happen indoors or outdoors.
Teletherapy sessions and packages are available so that no matter where you are, therapy is accessible.
