Traditional and movement psychotherapy for adolescents and adults
Adeline Holter, LCSW, LAC
Welcome to Viewpoint Therapy! I specialize in working with both children and adults who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction and those who may identify with highly sensitive tendencies. In addition, my skill set also involves working with both children and adults who are facing challenges surrounding attention deficit disorders and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Whether you are starting with a specific diagnosis, or something more broad or simply feeling unsatisfied and curious about what feeling different would look like, a space to process and grow is vital. I understand and respect the fact that the 'how' and 'why' is unique for each of us.
The name, Viewpoint Therapy, was inspired by a trail in Boulder that is close to my heart. Coincidentally, this trail's name is powerful when it comes to digging deeper and finding out what your perspective is right now, where you want to go, and what might be necessary in getting from here to there. For me, I have found my own solitude and direction on this trail, and continue to. If you are going through a challenging time in your life and would like someone to walk alongside you, I would love to be that person. If you are here, you are most likely seeking something; a new perspective, better understanding, improved communication and overall well-being. This is a bold, brave step that I commend you for.
I would love to hear from you today to see if we might be a good fit. Please contact me by either telephone or email: (303) 927-9310 or firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also schedule your initial consultation online today by clicking here.
