Adeline Holter, LCSW, LAC
Adeline started Viewpoint Therapy on a trail in Boulder, Colorado. She is still a believer in moving your body on a trail to find inspiration, ground and learn more about oneself. Adeline believes that you are the expert on you. Life’s experience + traumas, however, can make it harder to truly see what you may ultimately want + need. Adeline’s style is direct, down to earth and focuses on a shared approach.
Adeline first discovered her love for helping others over fifteen years ago in an experiential environment, equine therapy. Since then, she has worked in a variety of environments including mandated treatment, experiential work, traveling, and so on. Adeline would be honored to be the person to walk next to you on your journey towards making change + shifts to begin showing up differently in your life.

Regardless of where you are at, Amy wants you to feel truly seen + heard.
While Amy's work has always been rooted in people, before pursuing an education as a therapist, she traveled the world extensively. Living and working abroad has instilled a deep appreciation for diversity and the interconnectedness of all people and things.
