Adeline Holter, LCSW, LAC, PMH-C
Adeline started Viewpoint Therapy on a trail in Boulder, Colorado. She is still a believer in moving your body to find inspiration, ground and learn more about oneself. Adeline believes that you are the expert on you, but that life’s experience + traumas can make it harder to truly see what you may ultimately want + need. She will support you in finding perspective through a style that is direct, down to earth and focuses on a shared approach. Adeline first discovered her love for helping others over fifteen years ago in an experiential environment, equine therapy. Since then, she has worked in a variety of environments including mandated treatment, experiential work, traveling the globe with adolescents, and so on. Adeline would be honored to be the person to walk next to you on your journey towards making change + shifts to begin showing up differently in your life. Adeline is a licensed clinical social worker, a licensed addiction counselor and holds a certification in Perinatal Mental Health. Adeline serves as the Central Oregon coordinator for Postpartum Support International (PSI). She is a mother of two little boys who fuel + challenge her in ways she didn’t know existed before motherhood. Adeline specializes in:
